How the rental request works

On the first step you choose the machine type. The fleet covers excavators, wheel loaders, compact loaders, telehandlers, road rollers, mobile cranes, backhoe loaders, dump trucks, bulldozers, motor graders and forklifts. Weight class — from a mini excavator up to thirty-five tonnes and above — shows what the machine can handle on a construction site. Undercarriage may be rubber track, steel track or wheels; heavier classes are often steel-track only, which matters on soft ground and for travel between work areas.

After you pick a model, available attachments and the daily rate appear. A digging bucket, grading bucket, hydraulic breaker or earth drill adds to the daily price; you can select several if the job needs them. Fuel may be included in the rate or billed as a separate daily cost. The operator is always included and is not a separate checkbox. For eight or more days the form applies a ten percent discount; for twenty or more days, twenty percent. The confirmed quote still depends on whether that unit is free on your dates.

The second step is logistics. Set the rental start date and choose delivery to the site or pickup from the yard. For delivery you need an address in Georgia — Tbilisi, a regional town or a remote construction site. Zone and kilometre distance set the transport cost. If access is narrow, the soil is weak or the crew needs power on site, write that in the extra field so the operator and the transporter can plan the drop-off.

On the third step you leave your full name, a Georgian mobile number and an email address. Sending the form is a rental request, not an instant contract. The team contacts you during business hours — Monday to Saturday, from seven in the morning until eight in the evening — to confirm price, operator and whether the chosen model is available on your dates.

What the rental includes

Sida rents heavy machinery for construction, infrastructure and industrial projects across Georgia. Every unit is supplied with an experienced operator because safety and output on site depend on it. Self-drive hire is not offered. Delivery is arranged nationwide by agreement. The final offer is always confirmed by phone so the schedule and the machine actually match the job.
